How do I know what size shirt to buy?
There is a size chart available on every apparel page. You may also view our size chart by clicking here.
The color I selected looks different than expected in person, why is this?
Please keep in mind that monitors display colors differently. Colors on products you receive may vary slightly from the image you see on your screen.
Shipping & Returns
Will I be charged for shipping?
All customers will be charged shipping based on the weight of your order and destination of your package. The price for shipping is generated directly by the shipping company with no additional markup by Sea Green Apparel.
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns if certain conditions are met. To read about our return policy please click here.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 2PM Eastern time will ship the same business day. Remaining orders will ship the following business day. Please note that orders will not be fulfilled or shipped on Sundays.
Where do I check my order status?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation number with your order details. This email will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Partnerships & Donations
Who do you choose for your local organizations?
Each quarter we partner with an organization dedicated to cleaning up our coasts. These coastal areas include but are not limited to inner coastal waterways, marshes, beaches, and the ocean. We carefully choose each organization based on their mission as well as their current projects.
When does your partnership change?
Each quarter we partner with a local cleanup organization. At the conclusion of that quarter we donate a portion of all proceeds to help aid their projects.
Why do you donate 10% to local cleanup organizations?
To support local charities and simultaneously aide in their waterway cleanup efforts. In Charleston there are over seven tons of garbage in the waterways which is very harmful to the species that call this place home. Each quarter we partner with a local cleanup organization. At the conclusion of the quarter we donate a portion of our proceeds. With each merchandise purchase we are helping to rid the Charleston area of water pollution.
